In February 2003, we saw a large action against former employees brought by Minnetonka-based credit-card company Metris against two former employees, Bryan Williams and Ken Corbin.
Metris alleges that Williams and Corbin posted defamatory and misleading messages about it and its former CEO, Ronald Zebeck, on internet message boards.
