The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003: a reminder about some of the most difficult provisions
The proposed Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (the Conduct Regulations) will come into force on 6 April 2004 with some exceptions. There are also transitional arrangements allowing some old contract terms (where the relevant contracts are in existence at 6 April 2004) until 5 July 2004.
