The TUC has published a factsheet on how to avoid repetitive strain injury (RSI) at work, warning that it is not only typists, but also regular keyboard and mouse users that can suffer from the condition.
The new guide is published for International Repetitive Strain Injury Awareness Day, which took place on Saturday 28 February. The TUC has called on employers to ensure that any employee who uses a keyboard regularly is trained to use it so that it does not harm their health.
