HSE Publishes Final Explosive Atmospheres ACoP

The HSE has published the fifth and final approved code of practice (ACOP) supporting the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 (DSEAR).

DSEAR implements two European Union Directives: the safety
requirements of the Chemical Agents Directive and the
Explosives Atmospheres Directive. The Regulations came into force fully
on 30 June 2003
