In France -v- Westminster City Council the Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT) upheld the decision of an Employment Tribunal dismissing an employee's claim that her employer committed a fundamental breach of contract when it unilaterally ended a practice whereby she could work from home in certain ad hoc circumstances.
