Update from the Centre for Corporate Accountability
Yesterday's Queen’s Speech made no mention of legislation on reform to the law of corporate manslaughter, contrary to expectations. It also did not mention whether or not the Government is going to publish a ‘draft bill’ by the end of the year - which is what the Government said that it would do in its announcement back in May 2003.
