The ABI (Association of British Insurers) has announced guidelines setting out how employers' liability claims for mesothelioma will be shared by the insurance industry where more than one employer or more than one insurer is involved.
Mesothelioma is a form of terminal cancer of the membrane of the lungs, resulting from exposure to asbestos dust.
