Employers' Liability Insurance Set to Rise, Asbestos Regulations to Blame

The employers’ liability (EL) insurance crisis is here to stay and could worsen sharply in the coming year, according to the Association of Insurance and Risk Managers (AIRMIC).

The association has concluded, following consultation with members and leading insurers and an assessment of legal and regulatory trends, that the current high prices reflect a long-term change in market conditions.
