New research released today by Investors in People UK, the public body responsible for setting the Investors in People Standard for good practice in human resource development, reveals that small to medium enterprises (SMEs) are beginning to realise the benefits of flexible working practices for employees.

The survey, conducted via www.yourpeoplemanager.com, the Investors in People UK online advice centre for SMEs, revealed that:
