A money broker has been awarded nearly £1m by the High Court, claiming constructive dismissal by his former manager at broking firm Cantor Fitzgerald.
Steven Horkaluk claimed he was subjected to '"foul and abusive" language by his boss, president and chief executive of Cantor Fitzgerald, Lee Amaitis. The stress caused by the bullying had driven him back to his cocaine habit, for which he had been receiving treatment, and forced him from his £750,000-a-year job, claimed Mr Horkaluk.
