Consultation on the Information and Consultation Regulations Announced

On 7 July 2003, another employment-related Government consultation exercise was announced [reported on the Workplacelaw Network, 'Consult With Staff or Risk £75,000 Fine']. The focus of this one is on new draft Regulations - the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations.
