Most UK workers have no time for a lunch break, a new survey has found. The ICM poll, commissioned by civil service union PCS to mark the launch of its work-life balance campaign, found over half the UK workforce (57 per cent) take less than 30 minutes for their lunch break at work. Almost two-thirds (62 per cent) of those surveyed said they skipped lunch or lunched at their desk at least once a week, with one in five saying they did this every day.
