Decorative Specialists Ltd has been fined a total of £15,000 and ordered to pay £1,070.20 in costs, following an HSE prosecution over an incident where a worker fell from height and sustained head injuries. The incident occurred on 11 October 2002 when the worker was undertaking painting and minor repair work at the Holme, Regents Park, London.
