The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (COSHH 2003) implements parts of the European Union's Second Amendment to the 1990 Carcinogens Directive. COSHH 2003 came into force on 29 April 2003.
Employers will have to take various actions to control the risk of
exposure to substances that may cause genetic damage, as they are
