As reported on the 23 April 2003 on the Workplacelaw Network, the HSE has published a new
Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) to
control substances that cause
occupational asthma. The ACoP is
in the form of an appendix to the
Control of Substances
Hazardous to Health
Regulations
2002 (COSHH).
The Head of the HSE’s
Chemical Policy, Mr John
Thompson, said:
