The Government is in the process of implementing EU directives on employment, and has proposed a number of reforms to existing discrimination legislation. In addition to making minor changes to the existing law on race and disability discrimination, draft Regulations have been produced to tackle discrimination in employment on the grounds of sexual orientation and religion/belief.
