In a report published today, The Work Foundation predicts that tax changes in last month’s budget and the recently introduced right to request flexible working will feed the growing trend for office workers to do part of their job from home, rather than the office. The report claims that first employers must "give up their big brother obsession with keeping staff where they can see them."
