Data Protection Code Part III: Monitoring at Work

The Information Commissioner is expected to publish Part III of the Employment Practices Data Protection Code - Monitoring at Work - by the end of May 2003. The Code explains how your organisation can follow the Data Protection Act 1988.

In addition to Monitoring at Work, the Code consists of the following parts:
- Part I - Recruitment and Selection (published)
- Part II - Employment records
- Part IV - Medical information
