The BBC is reporting that a man who claimed he was sacked because he refused to work on Sundays has lost his case for unfair dismissal.
Stephen Copsey worked for chemicals-company WBB Devon Clays for more than 14 years. The firm introduced round-the-clock working to fulfil a large order, and - according to the BBC report - could not guarantee that Mr Copsey would not be called in to work on a Sunday.
