Writing for this week’s People Management magazine, CIPD Chief Economist John Philpott puts forward the employers' group's top complaints ahead of next week’s budget.
The article points to the rise in employers’ National Insurance Contributions (NICs) - which Gordon Brown announced in his 2002 Budget, and which comes into effect this month - and employment legislation.
