On Sunday 6 April, two major changes in employment law come into effect that will require businesses to be more flexible and open than ever before: equal pay questionnaires and flexible working.
Equal pay questionnaires give employees the right for the first time to ask for pay information where they believe that a colleague of the opposite sex is being paid more than them for the same work or work of equal value.
