This week's issue of Personnel Today speculates that the Information Commissioner's code of practice for employers on staff monitoring has been delayed a further two months till June 2003. The most recent draft code was published back in July 2002.
The magazine also reports a recent tribunal case, which appears to give employers the 'green light' to access employee e-mails.
