An important decision, Alamo Group -v- Tucker, has been handed down by the Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT), dealing with liability for failing to consult under regulations 10 and 11 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981 (better known as TUPE).
