Revised Protocol for Investigating Work-related Deaths

The HSE, Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO), Local Government Association (LGA) and British Transport Police (BTP), have published a revised protocol for investigating work-related deaths.
