Corporate occupiers have little faith in new legislation, and are highly sceptical about the Government's new Code for Commercial Leases, according to the Corporate Occupiers Report - published in February by real estate firm FraserCRE.
The survey finds, for example, that:
- only seven per cent of corporate occupiers have seen the new Code for Commercial Leases implemented on new property acquisitions;
- corporate occupiers do not think that it is working, or will ever work;
