Workplace clamping: new code of practice

A new Code of Practice was announced today to regulate the clamping of vehicles on private land. The new Code has important implications for the operation of workplace car parks.Car park operators that comply with the Code will need to register with the British Parking Association (BPA) and display evidence of this registration.
