Help the HSE Evaluate Health and Safety Regulations

The HSE is currently evaluating the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 and the Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992 to ensure that the regulations are cost effective, meet the needs of business and fulfil the HSE's commitment to implement the EC Workplace Directive (89/654/EEC) and the EC Directive on Personal Protective Equipment (89/656/EEC).
