A snapshot survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) last week indicated that congestion charging has had little adverse affect on London businesses.
The RICS polled a mix of businesses both inside and directly outside the congestion charging zone, on various aspects of business - from staff journeys into work, mail and other deliveries through to the impact on the days takings.
