A recruitment consultant who claimed that the employment agency Hays had discriminated against her by requiring her to work full-time when she returned from maternity leave has settled her sex discrimination claim out of court. Her case was supported by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC). Hays settled the case without admission of liability.
