New Model Office Lease Clauses Published

The British Property Federation (BPF) and the British Council for Offices (BCO) have joined forces to publish a series of benchmark model clauses for an office lease. The model clauses are available now, and at no cost to users provided that they are not amended in use and that they are fully credited to the BPF and BCO.
