With the date (6 April 2003) that the "family friendly" provisions of the Employment Act 2002 become fully effective now not being far off, the Government have just published a set of standard forms to be used to deal with requests for flexible working and in relation to maternity, paternity and adoption leave.
Other than the Inland Revenue self-certificates for paternity leave and pay for birth and for adoption - which must be completed by employees claiming paternity pay - the forms do... (151 more words)
