Proposed Changes to Motorcyling Test Could Affect Employers

The motorcyle test for learner riders in the UK is to get harder in order to bring it in line with European proposals. The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) has issued a Consultation Paper asking for the views of learners and groups which might be affected by the change.
