The Government has published in draft form the Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) Regulations 2003 and the Flexible Working (Procedural Requirements) Regulations 2003 (together the “Draft Regulations”), as previously reported on the Network.
They will form the framework for the new right to request flexible working. The Draft Regulations, which come into force on 6 April 2003, introduce for the first time the right for male employees to request flexible working.
