Two cleaning subcontractors have been convicted of safety offences after two workers died in a horrific explosion, but have been found not guilty of manslaughter. Cleaners Glenn Whalley and Antony Redfern died two years ago when a massive explosion rocked a city gym. [The case was previously reported on the Network, 29 November 2002]
