Employers who feel aggrieved at the rising number of Tribunals and compensation claims may be interested in new research from the Actuarial Profession, which claims that the growing compensation culture in the UK is now costing about £10bn a year - or 1% of GDP.
Furthermore, the research claims that this figure is increasing at a rate of 15% a year.
