More and more employers are drawing up workplace policies dealing with office romances, according to a report in The Independent newspaper.
The survey found that the number of employers drawing up such a policy has doubled in the last two years, and that one in ten employers asks workers to declare an office romance. Nearly a third of employers are considering introducing a formal policy.
