The EU could be about to end the UK's six-year limit on back-pay awards for equal pay claims. The new issue of Personnel Today claims that the number one priority for HR managers this week should be to make sure that pay structures are fair to men and women.
The position in the UK at the moment is that compensation in equal pay claims in only payable on the most recent six year's employment. The European Court of Justice is likely to remove this limit, so that compensation will be payable fo... (83 more words)
