The EU Council of Energy Ministers gave final approval to a Directive on Energy Performance of Buildings after 18 months of intensive consultation between the Council of Ministers, the European Parliament and the European Property Federation (EPF).
This legislation, according to the EPF, will affect owners and investors in all types of property throughout the Union.
