Further to our news item on 18 November, the HSE has published more information about the forthcoming Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 (DSEAR).
The new regulations to control fire and explosion risks from dangerous
substances and potentially explosive atmospheres were laid
before Parliament on 15 November, and will come into force from 9 December 2002.
