New safety advice for gas consumers has been published by the Health HSE. The HSE advice leaflet, "Gas Appliances: Get Them Checked, Keep Them Safe", is aimed mainly at residential users, but may also be of interest to small businesses. The leaflet covers:
- the importance of obtaining urgent medical advice if you suspect anyone has been exposed to carbon monoxide;
- new information on how to make sure a gas installer is registered with the Council for Registered Gas Installers (CORGI);
