Sex, Race, and Disability Discrimination: Update

During the last month there have been a significant number of cases from the Tribunals involving sex, race or disability. This is not a trend that is likely to reduce, although possibly the new compulsory grievance procedures will give employers an opportunity to retrieve dangerous situations before they become irrecoverable.
