Supermodel Naomi Campbell has had mixed fortunes with the law courts recently. Only this week she lost an appeal involving Mirror newspapers which had published information that she claimed affected her right to privacy. However she had rather more luck with a former employee Vanessa Frisbee. Included in Ms Frisbee’s contract was a confidentiality clause preventing the disclosure of confidential information while she was employed by Naomi Campbell or even afterwards.
