The HSE has finally published its research report into Court interpretations of regulations and guidance. The HSE and Loughborough University carried out the research on Court judgments for work-related repetitive strain injury (RSI) cases.
Members may recall that we covered this report back in August 2002, but the HSE then realised that it had published the report too early by mistake.
