The Health and Safety (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2002 came into force on 17 September 2002, and are aimed clarifying various areas of health and safety legislation. These have previously been reported on the Workplacelaw Network, but Hilary Ross of Berwin Leighton Paisner now provides more detail.
