The HSE is prosecuting a property development company and its managing director following the collapse of a building in Hull that resulted in the deaths of three workers.
Shaughan Walsh, 43, David Jowett, 44, and Anthony Laughton, 38 were all crushed to death in the April 2000 collapse.
