Two postwomen have settled their sex discrimination claims against Consignia, reports the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC). One of the cases was also against the Communications Workers' Union (CWU).
Margaret Thomas-Baptiste, a postwoman from Watford, was sexually assaulted by a colleague in December 2000. He was dismissed from his job.
