The Disability Rights Commission has reported on the following case, in which it welcomes a positive response from a council Human Resources department.
Mr R applied for a post with a local authority but was not shortlisted under the Guaranteed Interview Scheme as he didn't demonstrate that he met the Person Specification on the application form.
