Painters Overcome by Fumes, Employer Fined

A & P Falmouth Ltd, a ship repair company based in Cornwall, were fined £10,000 plus £6,627 costs after pleading guilty of failure to ensure the health and safety of two employees. [case previously reported on the Workplacelaw Network on 17 May 2002].
