e80 has already looked at the Information Commissioner's activity
on the Data Protection Code; to recap, the Commissioner has now issued
Part III of the Code of Practice on the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA)
but there is still no sign of the delayed Part II (employment records) or
the final Part IV (medical records).
