Mobile phone car ban a step closer

An influential report commissioned by the Government has brought a law banning the use of mobile phones while driving a step closer.

The report, entitled 'The risk of using a mobile phone while driving', was produced by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents for the Department of Transport.
